Peace at Work for stressed employees

Australian Exhibitions and Conferences (www.ferret.com.au)

20 December 2006

Beneath the stress in every employee is a calm, clear and focused human being, according to a leading meditation expert.

Founder of the Peace at Work technique Stuart Mackay recently spoke at the 2006 Sydney Safety Show, presented by Australian Exhibitions and Conferences.

According to Mackay, in the early 1950s there were tens of thousands of people dying in the UK from smog related illnesses. It took a long time for leaders to take action. When they finally changed their thinking, chose alternative heating and stopped burning coal to keep each household warm, the population started breathing again.

Today it is a similar story, according to Mackay. Stress is the smog that is choking the potential of individuals, families and organisations globally, shortening millions of lives and costing billions of dollars. Within organisations, individuals are constantly burning themselves out and being replaced.

Peace at Work is a practical meditation technique that is not shrouded in doctrine or mysticism. It has been developed and tested over the past 25 years – one of the most rapidly changing periods in history.

The Peace at Work technique is introduced to organisations via a 90 minute workshop.

Mackay is the author of the Peace at Work technique. He has taught stress release through meditation in Australia and internationally for 25 years, helping thousands of people to still their minds and consequently, live fuller lives.

What our
clients say

Even on days when I don't feel stressed or that it is necessary, the added focus and clarity it brings is extraordinary.
