What do we measure?

Peace at Work measures the increase of clarity in individuals and organizations. Clarity is the absence of negative stress and tension.

This report provides significant insights into the extent of “the collective negative stress and tension” members of your organization have been constrained by and the percentage of progress towards clarity or higher engagement, over a period of 30 days.

How do we measure?

Unique to Peace at Work is a 4-way measurement system that identifies the visual, emotional, physical and mental responses whilst practicing the Peace at Work Technique. The different levels of response are recorded in the workshop and then at the completion of each of the following 3 steps of this program, all of which are completed in the participants own time.

Over this 30 day period we track and report to you, your employees levels of progression towards higher engagement.
