Measurement

Personal and Stakeholder Reporting

There are two types of measurement and reporting, personal and stakeholders:

All participants receive the Peace at Work Home Integration System which contains the personal measurement and progress tracker, by attending either the public or organizational workshops.

Stakeholder reporting is when a group of 15 to 20 participants from one organization attend a dedicated workshop.

The stakeholders report delivers a range of strategic indicators and is one of the deepest insights into measuring group engagement available.

It captures the progress of the group engagement over a period of 30 days, whilst all personal data remains confidential.

The stakeholder report groups your workforce into 4 categories:

These groups are not just measured by the amount of clarity gained, also through their willingness to progress and receive the rewards of higher engagement / leadership potential.

Peace at Work Clarity is positioned to create and measure the shift from an 80/20 engaged workforce to a 70/30 engaged workforce and higher in the shortest and most cost effective way.

How do we get started?

The Peace at Work Clarity workshop is introduced to your organization through a pilot of 15 to 20 "willing" participants, your organization will receive a comprehensive measurement and progress report over a 30 day period - then your organization will be positioned to create and maintain the shift to higher engagement.
